Have You Visited Little Italy Lately?

We've made it a whole lot easier to visit Little Italy with our new Neighborhood Valet Zones.

In an effort to reduce parking congestion for residents and make it easier to visit the wonderful shops and restaurants of Little Italy, LIRC and a group of Little Italy businesses have established Valet Zones in several places along Mayfield Road.

The cost for valet service is $5.00 and there are four valet zones in operation Friday and Saturday evenings.  They are located in front of:

• Mama Santa's to Guarino's

• Maxi's to Presti's at Coltman

• Nido Italia to LaDolce Vita

• Valerios

LIRC looks forward to continued success demonstrated by the increased use of valet service, which improves Little Italy's destination status, and has provided relief for residential parking along neighborhood streets.

LIRC worked with Former Councilwoman Britt, City Staff, The Montessori School and many neighborhood stakeholders to develop a plan that would achieve this goal.

Phase one, a $350,000 facelift has been completed. Many people of all age groups have been using the park and we have been receiving wonderful reviews.  Thanks to all that made this possible.
